Who qualifies for a refund.
To keep things fair for everyone, refunds are available when all of the following apply to your purchase.
Within 3 days of purchase
Your refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the date your subscription was charged. After that window, we’re unable to issue a refund.
No video has been exported
Because each video export uses our paid render pipeline, refunds are only available if you haven’t exported any video from your account yet.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
The policy applies to both Mappi Studio monthly and annual plans. The same 3-day window and no-export rule apply to each.
One refund per account
Refunds are limited to one per account. Renewals after the initial 3-day window aren’t covered, so you can cancel or downgrade at any time to avoid the next charge.
Cancel or downgrade anytime from your account.
You don’t need to email us to stop your subscription. You can cancel or downgrade your Mappi Studio plan yourself, anytime, from the pricing page.
Cancel and downgrade options only appear when you’re signed in. You’ll keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.
How to manage your plan
Sign in to your Mappi account.
Open the pricing page from the navigation.
Choose Cancel to stop your subscription, or Downgrade if you’re on the Pro plan.
Email us to start your refund.
If your purchase fits the eligibility above, send us a quick note and our team will process your refund. Most requests are handled within 1–2 business days.

The date and amount of the charge you’d like refunded.
A short note confirming you haven’t exported any videos yet.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take up to 10 business days to appear.

When does the 3-day refund window start?
The window starts on the date your subscription was charged. That includes the first time you sign up for a monthly or annual plan.
What counts as an exported video?
Any video that has been successfully rendered and made available to download from your account counts as an export. If a render is still in progress or failed, that doesn’t count.
Are renewals covered by the refund policy?
No. The 3-day window only applies to your initial purchase. To avoid renewal charges, cancel or downgrade your plan from the pricing page before your billing date.
How long until I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Most banks process the refund within a few business days, though some can take up to 10 business days.
